Binary Ideas Creative is a product of Binary Ideas Inc. (“Binary Ideas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit binaryideascreative.com, contact us, or purchase motion design, branding, web, or related creative services.

• Marketing attribution: UTM parameters from the URL when you submit the form (such as source, medium, campaign, term, and content).
• Project materials: brand assets, product references, feedback, and other files you share so we can deliver services.
• Payment information: Stripe processes checkout and billing. We may receive payment metadata such as name, email, purchase amount, and transaction status. We do not store full card numbers.

We keep contact and project records for as long as needed to respond to you, complete the work, handle billing or disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Payment records are retained as required for tax and financial compliance. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.
